High energy, wisdom, know-how, experience, their really isn't many podcasts out there that have this depth to the conversation I shared with Craig.
Craig has had a huge influence in my life, a mentor and close friend. He talks us through his journey of the outward 'hero's journey' to the inward one, where he talks openly about not only finding his own, but how men find identity and purpose in life, and why we struggle so much in our generation, particularly through the toxic or non-existent rites of passage and initiation process that men struggle to find and experience today into having a feeling of safety and real acceptance from other men.
We dive in to the incredibly transformative retreats Craig masterminds, Men Without Masks, one I have been on myself, and just how powerful it truly is for mankind.
This episode really cannot be missed, it is full of education and true authenticity.
Without further ado, I would like to welcome Craig White to the show.
Some of you may already be familiar with Craig and his work but for those who are not I would like to give a brief introduction. Craig is a High-Performance Coach, Mentor, Retreat Facilitator, and Team Building Consultant. He has over 25 years’ experience working predominantly in professional sports, most notably rugby. He has worked or consulted for more than 30 different rugby nations, perhaps more than any other coach in his field. He is widely respected around the world for his willingness to embrace different cultures and mentor developing staff within those countries. He is the Founder of Craig White Mentoring, a company dedicated to the development of Leadership, Purposeful Vision and Interpersonal Skill Development within Professional Sports Coaching.
In recent years he is also working within the field of men’s health and wellness, offering private men’s life coaching and group retreats. He is the Creator of Men Without Masks, an organisation dedicated to support the lives of men who want to overcome limiting beliefs and move forwards into a life of inspired purpose.
Craig has dedicated most of his working life to the pursuit of learning how to improve performance and in more recent years how to cultivate a meaningful purpose in life. His quest for learning has taken him from books and Academia, to the Gymnasium and rugby field, to the Ashrams of India, the Jungles of Asia, the Mountains of South America, and ultimately from his head into his heart and his body.
I now present to you Craig White.
