This is a 5-minute exercise designed to help anyone feel any feeling. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, jealousy, or any feeling really and don't want to have that kind of experience anymore, this is how you do it. I take you through a meditation-like session where you can quickly identify what you are feeling in your body and truly feel it so then you don't have to worry about it anymore. This isn't a fix-all situation, we are supposed to feel all emotions. This just allows us to have clarity and move on in the moments that we need it and overcome anything stopping us from reaching the dreams we desire.
