Today on the podcast, I have brought on my guest, Lorrine Headrick, to offer perspective on the balance of being a high achiever and embracing our humanness through the lens of being a student athlete. As trainer and a mental performance coach, Lorrine helps student athletes find proper balance in their life and gain confidence in their support. I admire what all athletes are capable of and find their mindset is one of the strongest out there. Yet they can still be so hard on themselves, just like you and I.
