Isn’t it funny how the people we usually get annoyed with the most are the people we love the most or spend the most time with?
Today, I talk about when you get annoyed, how you are the one in charge of those feelings, NOT the other person, and how you get a choice in the matter. Whether you want to be right or whether you want to experience love and peace about the situation. Because the secret is, you aren’t a bad person for being annoyed. All it takes is a mental shift to change from what we think someone shouldn’t be doing, to thinking that’s exactly what they’re supposed to do, to find the peace we want instead of being annoyed.
My group Mind Management University is looking for those who want to do it all in college WITHOUT the burnout and beating ourselves up that we think it takes.
