Today we talk about Muffinhead or that primitive part of your brain designed to protect you from danger. Just like a toddler, Muffinhead is insistent that you listen to it and satisfy its demands, with good intentions. Yet the toddler doesn’t need to be in the driver seat of our life, we get to choose how we acknowledge and love this part of ourselves, and still say “Thanks Muffinhead, but I’m in charge”.
