Creating a healthy habit is realized through maintaining consistency in our practices. If we apply this line of thinking to the things that align with our goals we will see the benefit and the pay off in our long term goals. Understanding that even the smallest steps in the right direction add up to big results over time but that is our consistency that gets us there. We also discuss the importance of recognizing that inconsistencies, whether it be in our personal lives or at work, sometimes creates an incongruency within us that can cause frustration.
