Sometimes it's difficult to let go of things, when we have ideas and beliefs that we have created in our minds about how we think certain things should be i.e. in relationships, work, and even about our own bodies. We have to learn to let go of things in order to have growth and to find peace in a given situation. This happens in many ways.
