In this episode I talk about gratitude! This being the week of Thanksgiving, it is a great time to think about what we are thankful for. I encourage you to incorporate a gratitude practice into your daily life. Whether that be a gratitude journal or simply taking some time in your day to focus on things you are grateful for, it will be hugely beneficial for you!
