Description

In this episode I discuss how to adjust your training and racing in adverse weather conditions. Exercising in hot/humid or windy conditions will ALWAYS make the effort shoot up. It is important to adjust your goals for training and racing when dealing with these weather conditions. The summer months can be challenging for our training, it is important to be flexible and adjust our schedule if we need to.
