Endurance athletes often have the mindset that if some if X is good, 2X is better and 10X is best. Having observed amateur runners over the past decade, I have seen that two common mistakes are over racing and over training. When it comes to how frequently we race and our training volume, more is not always better. I discuss this and break it down in this episode.
