Suggested warm up before winter runs: Leg swings exercises, 30-60 seconds reverse lunges (alternating legs) and 30-60 seconds of body weight squats. You can also add in some jumping jacks and other dynamic stretches and drills to get the muscles warmed up and reduce the risk of injury.
