Michael A. Razny, a third-generation jeweler and certified gemologist, brings more than a decade of industry experience to Crystal—a cloud-based inventory, point-of-sale, and jewelry store management platform.
Prior to Crystal, Razny managed retail operations at Razny Jewelers, where he experienced first-hand the pains of inventory management for independent retailers.
To solve this problem, Razny and co-founder, Joel Steinbaugh, launched Crystal in 2021, a simple solution custom-built for the jewelry industry that has since been utilized by leading jewelers from New York to L.A., including Henne, Polacheck Jewelers, Material Good, Michael Herman NY, David Gardener's Jewelers, and Walters & Hogsett, among many others.
