Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor, certified SYMBIS premarital assessment facilitator, trained ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) therapist and certified addictions professional (MH 12076 and CAP 6034) currently treating the Pinellas and Hillsborough County population. In addition I am an approved provider for the Camaraderie foundation for Veterans, Unveiled Ministries for sexual abuse survivors as well as DUI counterattack.
I had the opportunity of gaining counseling experience by working in the private substance abuse treatment setting for 4+ years and transitioned into private practice in March 2014. Although I specialize in addictions, I have worked with both adolescents and adults and addressed a wide variety of concerns including dual diagnosis, spirituality, women's issues (self esteem/codependency/boundaries), trauma/inner child, eating disorders/body image, grief and family concerns.
Since March 2020, my primary area of focus is trauma recovery and healing from the impacts of childhood emotional neglect
There is nothing I would rather be doing with my life then helping others gain emotional and mental healing. I am passionate about the counseling process and am honored to be trusted by the clients I work with and honored to be apart of their transformation and journey.
