Jenna and I disagree. I believe service is always important but food quality/taste is the deciding factor.
If you go to a restaurant 10 times and each time the food is great but the service is lackluster - you'll still come back for that food.
If the service is INCREDIBLE but the food is horrible each time - you're going to give up pretty quickly.
