Dieting helps you lose weight. Creating habits helps you keep it off. So if you want to be successful at maintenance, I want you to collect as many habits as you.

You cannot collect too many habits. That's like saying you can invest too much for your future. That means it's like saying you can have too much money for your retirement. What? No. Far too often we confuse dieting as the solution to our problem. The problem is not losing weight. The problem is you don't know how to not gain.
