Description

Sadness, grief, sorrow, frustration, anger, resentment.  I used food to help me deal with all of these, among other emotions, and as I lost the weight I needed to find new ways of processing and dealing with them.  

In this episode I talk about some of my process for dealing with them.  The real and raw emotions behind it and how I used the power of commitment to achieve my weight loss goals.
