Losing weight is a massive process of trial and error. You are not going to know how to do this because you have never done it before. You will only know how to lose all the weight and keep it off once you have done it.
This is going to be one massive science experiment. Where you will setup a test, see how you do, then try again only a little differently if you didn’t do it before.
