Most companies treat employee satisfaction and engagement like a one-size-fits all problem to solve. But each employee has their own distinct personality and motivations, and their own unique set of needs that must be met for them to feel fully engaged at work. What if we could provide employees and managers with the tools and language required to have focused, personalized conversations around an employee's needs?
David Sals is fascinated with relationships of all kinds, and from his first entrepreurial venture (an online matchmaking service called Romantic Planet) through years of coaching, consulting, executive roles, men's work and even experimental improv theater, he has enjoyed creating models, assessments and trainings that help people to gain insight into the dynamics of their work and personal relationships.
More recently, David is the creator of the 9 Aspects of Employee Engagement assessment, author of the book, "What Nice Guys Can Learn From Jerks About Dating," and COO/CPO of OptiMatch, a SaaS platform that generates high-trust matches based on motivating factors.
