Everyone makes assumptions but we can sometimes find ourselves in tough situations when these assumptions aren’t examined closely. In this session with Joe Pazmany you will learn about the Ladder of Inference which shows how assumptions are made, what happens if they aren’t tied to reality, and how you can check your assumptions to make sure you take actions which don’t negatively impact your relationships.
