Fred is a former MMA fighter who has competed as both an amateur and professional. In Jan 2017 Fred was arrested for ten counts of Bank Robbery and subsequently sentenced to 100 months in Federal prison. While there, he decided to share his many unique life experiences and unique brand of dark humor with the world through written works spanning multiple Genres.
