Michelle Vilchez is the executive director of the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center in the Bay Area. She's passionate about creating empathetic communities and helping humans get better at conflict, take responsibilities for their emotions, and improve their abilities to resolve conflict better by learning to listen, ask questions, make observations and be aware of one's tone of voice and body language.
She speaks all across the country building bridges where there are divisions in faith communities and those interested in being equipped to have difficult conversations around race, politics, sexual orientation and more.
