We are excited to bring the heat on this one and talk about a topic that a lot of us are dealing with: Mental Health. We know there is a reason why you're listening to this show. Tips on how to improve your mental health:

1. Talk to someone. A different perspective is a game changer.

2. Be grateful for what you have.

3. Practice self-awareness. Surround yourself with people who care about you and will be honest with you.

4. Meditate. Exercise is a form of meditation. Whatever you do to meditate, just be sure to give time for yourself to recharge.
