We all know that there are a ton factors to consider when it comes to employees. Take a look at your job now or the organization you run-- what's the company culture, are the new hires a good fit or not, are there any bad apples on your current roster.
As a leader you want make sure that the members of your team are on the same page; they all have good communication; they share the vision, and they all know the mission, right? But we all know that's it's such a simple feat to accomplish.
