In this episode, Daniel and Keitoh become talk about their experiences in dealing with their problems and what they do to overcome them. For example, joining a mastermind group is a great way to share any difficulties you're going through. Chances are: one or more of those members have gone through what you're going through and can possibly give you advice. Another, example of dealing with issues is talking with your therapist. Daniel becomes vulnerable and shares his experiences with how therapy has helped him become a better communicator. Keitoh shares his observation while growing up, that his mother could find a solution to his problem quickly. Why? She had the skill set, practice, and wisdom of solving life's problems.
"You got to be honest with yourself. If you can't be honest that you have a problem, there's no reason for us to be talking about a solution." -Keitoh
