He is the author of Profit First for Real Estate Investing. His goal in life is to completely transform the Real Estate Investing industry when it comes to how real estate investors view their finances and – bring them true financial clarity and freedom.

"In very easy terms, the bookkeeper and accountants or CPAs are like the rearview mirror in a car. They're looking at all the past data, telling you: 'this is what you owe to the IRS.' The CFO should be like the GPS: 'Where are we going? How are we gonna get there? Oh, shoot, you know, this roads blocked? How do we move around it?' So it's more of a leader on the team looking forward to where you're going, and really helping you getting to that end goal." David Richter on the difference between CPA and CFO.
