In this session we connect with two resilience coaches, Vanesa and Sharon, who lead resilience and wellbeing initiatives within a large healthcare organisation. While they are having excellent success with the program, they have encountered natural resistance to change. In the interview we explore:

2. Reinforce the mission of the program and the successes to date
3. Understanding the perspective of committed clinician in a stretched healthcare environment
4. How to engage and reassure skeptical professionals
