When the fear crosses over to something more irrational and intense, it is called atychiphobia. These clinical names are going to be fun!Anyway, we will divide the Fear of Failure into two episodes. In Part 1, we will define fear of failure and talk to Derek Coulter about how he experiences it. In Part 2, we will explore the story of Kirsten Reynolds and talk to Rob Schelp who has learned how to conquer this fear.Derek brings up imposter syndrome. That is an interesting topic that we will explore in the future.In the end, Derek mostly feels failure at work, and a bit when it comes to his kids. Others feel this throughout their lives.
