I lie to myself. Well, at least I have for many years. I have made tons of promises (and resolutions) to myself and then slipped back into my old ways of eating processed foods, staying up too late, drinking too many calories and loafing on the couch.

This year, I'm trying a new method, one that doesn't involve an overwhelming list of new habits and activities I have to remember each day, and applies all the mindset and wellness lessons I've learned in the last year. 

For 2022, I have two primary resolutions. You know one of them...to lose weight and improve my health. Tune in to hear the other and all the details surrounding how I plan to tackle it.

In this episode, I outline 5 simple steps to rethink and reset your New Year's resolutions in a way that will make your weight loss, wellness and other goals feel achievable. It's a mash-up of methods I've learned from different sources that already feels like a winning solution.
