"Buy my products!" "Get skinny quick!!" "Be swimsuit ready for summer!!"
We are inundated with people who think they know what we need to do to lose the weight. And sure, some of these weight loss programs and products might help us to quickly lose weight, yet how long will it last? At what cost? How will it affect you physically...or even mentally?
This episode topic is different. Instead of telling you what you need to do, I'm encouraging you to identify something to stop doing. I usually steer away from the negative terms--can't, don't, won't--yet I've found that acknowledging this one act that that WE ALL DO (including me!) makes a profound difference.
By removing this action from your daily practice, you will make a lifelong improvement in your pursuit to lose weight, be healthy and live happily.
