Today I had the pleasure of chatting with Ben Buckingham who recently represented Australia in the Tokyo Olympics for Steeplechase. He also clocked a 4 second PB in Tokyo running 8:20.95! We discuss what it was like growing up on a farm in Myrtleford, what it's like also balancing running as a lawyer, his thoughts on his beloved Melbourne Demons. As well as his favourite training spots in Saint Moritz, Switzerland, alongside training with 1500m superstars Stewy McSweyn and Matt Ramsden and some funny stories.
