In this episode, Laura and Sasha discuss why organizations need to support women's health at work in light of the recent ruling on Roe v Wade in the United States. They share a few personal updates following their break before jumping into the topic of responding to Roe v Wade using EX design thinking in the workplace. They discuss how organizations can respond quickly, some things organizations (HR leaders in particular) need to consider, and also how EX design thinking can be used to future-proof any policy or programme related to abortion.
