This Week's Challenge: Keep Your Commitments
Most goals are challenging...otherwise we would have accomplished them already!
We can become frustrated with ourselves if we truly want to accomplish a goal but continue to procrastinate acting on it.
- Think of an important goal that you haven't made progress on.
- Think of the smallest possible action you could take to progress that goal.
- Keep your commitment no matter what. Next week, take on a slightly larger goal.
Ask Yourself: Do I trust myself to follow through on the commitments I make to myself?
