This Week's Challenge: Rate Your Openness to Differences
Our paradigm is often that we are objective, but everyone else isn't. Effectiveness requires the humility to recognize the limitatiions of our perceptions.
- List some differences that show up in your relationships: age, politics, styles, etc.
- Write down what you could do to better value differences.
