Eric Ashe is an elite distance runner from Hanson, Massachusetts. He was a member of Boston University’s first America East championship in 2010. He was team captain and MVP that season as well. He ran 4:03 in the mile and 8:40 in the steeplechase. He went on to join BU as a coach before becoming the head coach for Simmons University and then Wellesley High School. Throughout his coaching career, he ran a 2:17 marathon and qualified for both the 2016 and 2020 U.S. Marathon Olympic Trials. He is a USA Track and Field certified coach, NSCA certified personal trainer, and a Pro on Tagalong.
