In episode #6, Nick and Scott speak with Canadian Olympic runner, Lanni Marchant. As one of the most renowned professional Canadian runners, they talk about how Lanni started her not-so-conventional running career and the path that has led her to try out for her second Olympic Games.

Lanni is a professional Canadian long-distance runner from London, Ontario. On October 20th, 2013, she set the Canadian women's marathon record at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, beating the 28-year-old national record by running it in 2:28:00. She loves to share her knowledge about maximizing training at home, on the road, and coming back from an injury. She is a 2016 Rio Olympian (10k and Marathon), the 2015 Bronze Medalist at Pan Am Games, and currently training for Tokyo. She currently is a Pro Runner for Under Armour.
