The GoFundMe community is coming together to support those affected by the shooting at Allen Premium Outlets. The Allen, TX Shooting Victims' Fund was created by VictimsFirst to guarantee the families of victims and those wounded will receive 100% of the funds. VictimsFirst will work with local victim advocates to distribute these funds.
