Stop being so defensive! Not everyone is out to get you. In order to grow you have to take things in stride. Lower your ego and realize.... Shit I may have done that shit. We have to be more aware of ourselves and the only way we do that is to be receptive. We don’t know anything. Continue to be that sponge you were as a child. If you stop defending everything you would’ve be so high strung and socially anxious about things you very well may be doing. You effect people. You realize that because you tend to care for your image in the masses eyes, but instead of falsifying yourself and still being defensive for things you may not even actually care for doing yourself. Try to Open up to learn when and how to be open to things.
