Today on the podcast, we are talking about flexible thinking. Flexible thinking is the ability to think about something in a new or different way. Inflexible thinking or rigidity is being stuck or being only able to do something only one way. I explain how to move from inflexible into flexible thinking patterns so you don’t get stuck in anger, resentment and frustration! It is like a muscle. It takes time to become a flexible thinker especially if you find that you are a rigid person. Being rigid pushes people away and shut down during conversations.
