Today on the podcast, we are re-visiting disordered eating. I haven’t covered this topic in a while and I feel like it is important to review since I have been getting many questions about it. I begin by sharing parts of my own personal story on disordered eating and how I came to realize what was going on. I discuss the process of navigating the healing journey which is not straight and narrow. Orthorexia or disordered eating is hard because we minimize it. Many people don’t see how the behaviors and mindset are influencing their life negatively. If you are considering this path, please reach out for support. It is important. You are important.
