Those are self-care, mindful movement, community, meditation and journaling. Through her own personal life experience, she has developed these pillars that take individuals through a journey of building connection with their inner self. Katie is a self-care junkie who not only studies self-help but lives it in her daily life. She shares some really powerful tools that individuals can use to journal in a way that feels right for them. Katie also discusses how movement is more than just movement.
