However, due to the unhealthy lifestyle (food habits, addiction etc.) increased stress, the blood pressure levels get disturbed. 

Increased Blood Pressure is a more common phenomenon and harmful if ignored.

With simple lifestyle changes, modifying diet and a regular exercise routine, it is possible to prevent, maintain Blood Pressure.
