Listen

Description

In this REVISITED episode, we revisit one of my most popular/relevant episodes of the past 12 months – Quiet Time. Enjoy! Is. xo

-----

On this episode I'm talking all about QUIET. Silence. Peace. The Gap. Space. Emptiness. The Void. etc etc ... you get the idea.

Really, it's an exploration of how noisy our lives are, and what it might feel like to bring some quiet to our world. And how beautiful our world becomes when we meditate.

I share details about my own meditation practice, how it has evolved, and what meditation IS and IS NOT. (In my opinion, anyway... Your mileage may vary, and that's kind of the point!)

Take a listen and please share it around, encourage others to listen, and please send me a review on iTunes.

I am sure it will bring joy and peace to your life, and I look forward to hearing about YOUR meditation practice! And remember, if you're interested in a short "Introduction to Meditation" course I'm thinking of, please hit me up with a DM in Instagram @israelpsmith.

With love and gratitude,

Israel. xo
