After working for an Information Technology staffing firm, Aaron Jenkins founded his own firm HeartCentrix Solutions which helps place clients in part and full time career opportunities. To help ensure companies that he meets their needs he created a platform Code Report that ensures and validates candidates IT experience in knowledge with a technical screening. He shares his journey of developing his own company, the valuable lessons his learned throughout, and the impact of numerous layoffs in the IT industry. He gives us tips on how he’s been able to partner and utilize his services to meet companies staffing needs with DEI initiatives across the board.
