We can get ourselves in a dark forest, sit on the floor, and
gather some really wet, unusable twigs and try to start a fire. That’s our mind
solving all of our problems with all of our own faculties and resources. In
this pause, we will GET OUT of that forest floor, allowing the flame of the Spirit
to bring us up to the top of the mountain where we can clearly see and
experience freedom.
