On Monday, May 17th, 2021 The Supreme Court of the United States announced they would hear a case out of Mississippi. This case arises from a law that bans nearly all abortions after 15 weeks, putting a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade. This is also the first abortion case that will be heard after the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
