In the tradition of My Dinner With Andre comes My Podcast With Becky! In this inaugural episode Becky and I announce the film we will be covering in an episode coming in one week plus we make a snack and beverage pairing suggestion for you to enjoy while you watch the film! Cook 1/2 a cup of popcorn kernels in 1/4 cup Avocado Oil until popped. While hot toss the popcorn in 2/3 of a cup of finely grated Manchego cheese, 3/4 of a teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 a teaspoon of finely ground black pepper, and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Pair with a glass of Tempranillo wine.
