Life is suuuuuper stressful right now. Stressors are all around us. And you have every right to feel how you feel. But you also have the ability to choose how you respond to those stressors.

How you choose to respond falls into one of two categories: with a FIXED mindset or with a GROWTH mindset.

And that mindset dictates your behavior, your success - in your relationships, in your career, and in your health/nutrition goals - and your capacity for happiness. Your mindset profoundly affects the way you lead your life and determines whether you become the person you want to be and whether you accomplish your goals.
