In this episode I am walking you through the beliefs that have made me use alcohol as a life support from the age of 12 to the age of 49.
To be honest, having to make the inventory of my beliefs throughout the years have made me realise that the deep wired belief ‘’ I am not good enough’’ was the underlying source of most of my beliefs.
There are 5 categories of addictions, Food, People, Money, Substance and Technology, I bet you score higher in at least one of these. The definition of addiction that meets the most my understanding and that I took from Dr. Gabor Mate and Tommy Rosen is ‘’ something, a habit, that you keep doing despite the negative consequences in your life’’.
