Description

La Quercia Chef Owner Adam Pegg narrates how he started in the business and learned his way to becoming an award-winning chef.  Pegg hand crafts pastas using century old techniques he learned throughout Italy ad he acknowledges his mentor Chef Daniele Mereu.  He now encourages and uplifts cooks and young chefs  under  his tutelage.  Pegg owns La Quercia and Secret Cove restaurants.
