He is Lorenzo "Enzo" Pineiro, Thump receptionist Clarissa Barrientos' partner, a client at Thump, who has been living in the same gated community as I have for the past ten years and I've never even known about him until now. We talk about how we've always been oblivious to each other until today, following in the family real estate business, living the Miami lifestyle, and our deep fondness of horror movies and our mutual love of the hit Netflix series "Cobra Kai".
